Businesses must offer value to succeed
This Brazilian business magnate stated that he took a lesson in failure early on in his entrepreneurial career. His first company, Microsystem, failed within its first year of launch. He said that the biggest lesson from the failure of his first company has been that he should always learn the right things from failure and success. Haroldo Jacobovicz pointed out that the collapse also made him understand that for any enterprise to succeed, it needs to be offering value. From that point on, he has always started enterprises that provide value to their customers, and all of them have been prosperous.
Get informed and stay knowledgeable
Haroldo Jacobovicz mentioned that many entrepreneurs struggle to become successful because they do not know what they are doing or their market and business environment. This means that they are unable to figure out the best direction for their company to take. He advised that business leaders should invest their time in getting informed about their business, market, and business environment and stay informed. This will make them better decision-makers, and they can identify challenges on their paths to success much earlier. Haroldo Jacobovicz said that as a result, they would optimize their chances of being successful.
