Sudhir Choudhrie: An Inspiring Life Story With A Heart

Sudhir Choudhrie has been inspiring people for decades through both his personal and professional lives. He had been fighting a serious health condition from a young age and he decided to face it head-on to be able to beat it and live a fulfilling and successful life. He has become well-known in business and for his philanthropic work that he is highly engaged in, but some may not realize that he is also one of the longest-surviving heart transplant recipients in the entire world. The Indian native had gone in for his first full exam and was given the grim news that he had a leaking valve and problems with his heartbeat. While the news was emotionally overwhelming, Sudhir Choudhrie knew his life was worth fighting for and continues to push through today from London.

His first entrepreneurial effort that he made began in 1975 when he founded the Magnum International Trading Company with his brother. He began networking and making important connections that have been beneficial throughout his successful career in international business. Though he may have moved to London in 2006 to become a part of C&C Alpha Group, he is still heavily connected and invested in his native country of India and continues to help build up the emerging markets of the region such as aviation and more. Sudhir Choudhrie has become known for being able to save distressed businesses and the jobs that are part of them.

While his health problems are not over, the entrepreneur and heart transplant recipient has seen some big improvements after receiving a transplant more than two decades ago. Even though the technology and procedures behind heart transplants have significantly improved since those days, his heart is still going strong and so is the renowned expert entrepreneur. While he had tried to live his life without needing one for years, his heart eventually began to give up and he knew that his time would be running short if he did not go through with the procedure soon. He has learned a lot in the process including the fact that he is genetically prone to heart failure, which is important for his children to know.
