Marketing and Sales Executive, Nicolas Krafft

Nicolas Kraft Nicolas Krafft is a cosmetic and beauty products sales and marketing executive with over one decade of experience at L’Oreal, whereby he helped build the company’s worldwide presence. Nicolas Krafft realized his success with L’Oreal across more than three continents, whereby he was tasked with expanding the company’s market reach, driving sales, and researching new brands. He also managed to define and elaborate more go-market strategies.

Nicolas KraFft was born and raised in Switzerland and later attended the prominent and leading University of St. Gallen. He received his MBA with a focus on accounting and finance. After graduation, he relocated to Germany, where he started his career at L’Oreal as a product manager for hair care and color products. He rose at a very high rate to becoming the company’s marketing manager of Kerastase before he moved to Paris to witness and oversee the launching of L’Oreal’s brand in Asia.

Nicolas KraFft kept on rising, and within a short time, he was tasked with managing various operations in the Baltic States and later moving to Romania. He later was moved to Paris, where he led the European sales and marketing operations in Eastern Europe.

Around 2014, he left Paris and became the Vice President of the Global Business Development of the prominent L’Oreal Professional brands in NYC. Upton year 2019, Nicolas led the Pulp Riot brand in Paris, where he acted as the International General Manager under David Thurston, who was the CEO and Founder of the company. In his role, he met every challenge that came along his way with confidence and energy and played a very important role in expanding the company. He also worked as a guest tutor at the University of Columbia, where he teaches Digital Business Leadership.

Krafft is also a famous philanthropist who loves spending his free time donating to children–centric organizations. He has managed to renovate two schools for the charities. One is for kids who have disconnected from their family members, while the other is for children with special needs. He is also passionate about spending time outdoors and was able to complete both the Hamburg and New York marathons and reach the summits of Mt’s Ruwenzori and Kilimanjaro.
