Bhanu Choudhrie: Learning Never Stops for Developing Leaders

According to Bhanu Choudhrie, if you want to be a successful entrepreneur, there is no end to learning. As the founder and executive director of C&C Alpha Group in London, Choudhrie recognizes the benefits of continuous learning for leaders. In order to realize his beliefs, Choudhrie participated in the Owner/President Management (OPM) program at Harvard University, U.S. The program entails a three-week intensive training course, which is repeated after three years.

Choudhrie looked for a plan that fits his schedule and expanded his business understanding in executive business. When the students of the program received case studies, OPM received attention. They are used to focus on various scenarios in the world economy. Bhanu Choudhrie believes that this will match international businessmen and expand their experience. In any case study, students will be faced with timely business issues and responses from stressed executives.

After the first three-week course, Bhanu Choudhrie returned to the office and applied the knowledge that he learned in OPM. Choudhrie believes that obtaining a bachelor’s degree, MBA, or doctorate degree should not be the end of learning. This is the most important lesson he attained in OPM.
