John Sauter Success In The Real Estate Industry
John Sauter is the founder and head of the Tower 14 capital that focuses on investing in real estate firms. Tower 14 capital has acquired a $60MM in an exceptional apartment operator in Charleston in August 2019. Previously, he worked at CBRE global investors as a senior managing director, where he helped raise $ 2.5B of equity.
He also accomplished down righting $2.0 Billion of transaction investment in this firm. Mr. Sauter partnered with Michael Dell at MSD real estate investment finalize 22 different transactions that involved debt properties and stock estimated to be $5 billion and $1billion ownership. He also worked at Starwood Capital as vice president of acquisition and head of throne golf. He had the opportunity to increase the transaction valuation on land private equity and hospitality. As a result, the firm grew such that it even opened different company operations in the United Kingdom, Australia, and Japan.
Other achievements that John Sauter has achieved are aiding in the expansion and possession of $400million office, retail, single-family, and multi-family home projects while working with Investec real estate investment. John is currently a senior consultant at Dune real estate partners.
Mr.Sauter attended Duke University for his political science and the Anderson Graduate School of Management for his MBA at the University of California. At the beginning of his career, he worked as a financial analyst at LaSalle Partners in Los Angeles and Chicago.
