Kisling, Nestico & Redick Helping The Community To Vote

The 2020 Presidential election will be different from any other in history. Despite the logistical issues created by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, voter participation is expected to be the largest ever.

This year, many larger companies are taking steps to encourage their employees to vote. The Ohio based law firm of Kisling, Nestico & Redick is not a large company, but their leadership team understands the importance of helping everybody have a voice in this democracy.

For this year’s election day, Kisling Nestico & Redick will be giving all employees four hours of paid time off. For those willing to volunteer at a polling place, employees will receive a full eight hours of pay on Election Day plus an additional four hours of paid time off for any necessary training.

Due to the pandemic, there is a good chance that polling places will be understaffed. Proper staffing will ensure that every voter on Election Day has the support needed to cast their vote. The Kisling, Nestico & Redick employees who volunteer will help things run smoothly.

Helping to staff polling places is only one of the many ways Kisling, Nestico & Redick tries to help the community. Their efforts have included raising funding for food banks, donating books to literacy programs, and running an annual Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway.
