A leader is someone who is expected to make changes to be subjects. A political leader will only make a name for him/her by doing something remarkable in society. Not only should it be remarkable but also reputable. Hon. Asot Michael has become a reputable politician in Antigua following the positions that he has assumed in government. He has even served as a cabinet secretary leading the economy and development ministry. The things that he did while in that position were remarkable, and they contributed to him winning the parliamentary seat in Saint Peters Constituency in the latter election. This is a clear example that success comes when you decide to make changes. Changes are categorized into two: personal changes and communal changes.

During his time as the Minister of Economic Development, the economy of the country scaled high. The experience has helped him also to shape Saint Peter Constituency’s economy.
