Sial Engenharia. The company, founded back in the 1990s, has always been a huge focus of his from the very beginning. From 2003 to 2004, Edenilso Rossi Arnaldi was the State Treasurer for the State Chamber of Civil Construction, as well as the State Treasurer of the Social Democratic Party in 2012 and 2013.
Edenilso Rossi Arnaldi thought of the idea for Sial Engenharia when he was just 27 years old and living in Maringá after marrying. He was a small business owner at the time and was already familiar with the engineering sector. His typical day starts around 7:30 am. He likes to visit his work sites in person at least once a month to talk to his employees, especially those in construction. He feels that this is a way he will stay grounded and connected.
