He says it’s more critical than ever to have buildings look good from the outside for them to move because buyers are more sensitive to appearances when they are feeling insecure about the future in general.

On the buying side, he notes that mortgage rates are low now because of the pandemic, and it’s an excellent time to acquire property. It’s simply a question of searching out the best properties and doing the necessary homework. For those willing to take moderate risks, there is opportunity.
