Her experience at the diamond lab gave her valuable insight in what business she would like to get into. Previously, she was struggling to find a business idea in order to honor her mentor. With her interest in jewelry and diamonds, she found the perfect business opportunity.

Since founding her new company, Adelle has talked about the demand for her business. She has said that most people want to either inherit or leave behind something valuable.
