There are different perspectives about leadership. It is not all about power and fame. Leadership is more than being there for your subjects and decision making. Greg Blatt advises that since the workload is maximum when you are a leader, always ensure that your schedule is on point. Never overschedule your tasks because this obstructs logical and progressive thinking. At times, it is wise to plan a day wisely so that there is some time to be free and unscheduled.

Having free time helps in balancing between being engaged both actively and proactively. A good leader should be flexible. This is achieved by having a team that constitutes the best personnel. This team should be ready to learn and contribute towards achieving the set goals. Always be curious as a leader because this enables real progression while keeping in mind that the path followed leads to the required stage of growth and stability.
