Kfir Gavrieli on the Quest to Support Front Line Workers

He began by reaching out to entrepreneurs who’ll help him in purchasing medical face masks, but this proved challenging. Kfir Gavrieli then opted to retain some of the staff at his Los Angeles facility to sew masks that would later be donated. Once he realized that he was sitting on a large resource of over a million fans and customers, he opted to create a campaign.

The #SewTOGETHER campaign was designed to get thousands of people to contribute to the noble cause. Gavrieli uploaded detailed instructions on the company website on how to make masks at home. He even offered $100 in Tieks gift cards for more than 50 masks donated. In just a day, his team saw over four hundred thousand sewers take up the course.

Kfir Gavrieli feels humbled to be part of this nationwide, lifesaving mission. Gavrieli admits that every day the number of people mass-producing masks has grown exponentially thanks to the #SewTOGETHER campaign.
