Paul Herdsman has worked hard to establish his success and on his journey he has learned that the world does not revolve around business. He has learned that it is important to understand that work is only a part of your life, it is also important to be able to separate yourself from work in order to really enjoy life. While learning this information, Paul Herdsman has learned a few things about himself. He has found a love for hobbies, specifically, fishing and playing golf. He knows that everything that he does in his life affects his business and he knows how to use this to his advantage.

Paul Herdsman is an accomplished entrepreneur who co-founded and is the current COO of NICE Global. His business experience has helped to teach him that it is important to be a well rounded individual in order to succeed in life.

His company specializes in delivery services to companies that outsource to NICE Global. As the COO, Herdsman is in charge of daily operations but mostly he is responsible for ensuring that his partnerships with other companies are successful.

In order to achieve this goal, he needs to be extremely focused and aware of what will best satisfy his partnership companies as well as his own companies needs and what will help them both to benefit from this agreement.

In his personal life, Herdsman is a father of two who takes tremendous pride in his family. AS previously mentioned, he also loves to fish and to play golf. Being able to balance his personal life with his business is one of his greatest accomplishments.
