The idea for the QI group was getting into network marketing back in his university days. He also got the push of starting his company since he was tired of being poor and wanted to make money.

The organization has a social impact initiative, RYTHM Foundation. Eswaran has set aside 10 percent of the firm’s revenues for the foundation. The foundation is concerned with contributing to sustainable community development, gender equality and quality education.

Eswaran does not believe in a typical day. He can have a typical day anywhere in the world and get up in a different weather and meet new people. He can easily keep track of what is happening in his company using his smartphone.

His way of bringing ideas to life is by putting his ideas together with other people. He doesn’t believe there is a singular process of bringing ideas to life.
