Kevin Seawright founded RPS Solutions to address home ownership problems that face many Americans today. The firm has developed several strategies that deliver services in assets management, government contracting, acquisition, development, and sale of assets. For more than seven years Kevin Seawright has worked on building a portfolio of residential/commercial real estate. His vision has been creating and stabilizing healthy neighborhoods and communities.

Kevin has vast experience in the finance industry. He has worked as a financial operations administrator in different sectors of the business industry. He was the CFO in one of Maryland’s recreational parks. Additionally, he served as a fiscal management leader responsible for over $600 million in the construction and development of schools and other infrastructure in the education sector. He has helped in the formulation of budgets, saving institutions a sum of more than $200 million.

He transitioned from the public sector into private ventures. He has worked in different executive positions with Tito Contractors Inc. based in Washington DC. He was responsible for drafting and managing annual budgets. He also ensured that operational strategies were implemented effectively.

Kevin Seawright has shown his philanthropic personality through numerous donations across the country. For more than a decade, he has invested particularly in assisting communities, especially on the East coast using his financial experience and expertise. He has helped many individuals realize their dream of owning affordable homes against all odds. He facilitates a transparent and inclusive decision making culture in the community through the organization. Kevin also provides insight into the management of construction funds and operational strategies. Additionally, he facilitates negotiations with general contractors.

Kevin Seawright graduated with a Master of Business University from the Mendoza College of Business at Notre Dame University.
